I have officially quit smoking for the longest time yet. Previous record was about 4 months and here I am quit since Oct 14, 2018. I’ve had temptations I assure you- 14+ hour days on the road, long days where coworkers smoke and offer…. it’s not been easy.
I have held my resolve though and am happier for it.
Here’s to the next 6.5 months smoke free.
Unless I didn’t quit for good…
